If anyone is interested, Buffalo Place is conducting a survey of residents currently living dowtown or anyone who would consider living downtown- what they're looking for, what downtown needs, whats important, etc. It can be found on their website and is probably only available for a short time:

I hope some people are passing this around, the survey is a little incomplete but it's still a way to make some of our opinions known.
