    My kitchen!!! LOL

Faccio le polpette italiane migliori su terra! È una ricetta della famiglia trasmessa per le generazioni... e non siamo italiani.

I always wish these questions were phrased, "what is your favorite Italian restaurant?"

Anyway, of the few of many restaurants in the area that I've eaten at that serve "Italian" food, I prefer Casa~di~Pizza.

    Why is that?

I didn't want to preclude "Mama's kitchen." See Night Owl's post.

    Casa Di Cardboard? Hmmmm

When it comes to italian, I do like our own cooking best. My wife and I will even make our own pasta from time to time.

But when we're lazy... Buca di Beppo has some good italian food as well. (Haven't been to Chef's... yet)

I think everyone who considers Chef's as being good is either brainwashed by their advertising, or likes bland food, because Chef's is B-L-A-N-D!!! YUK!!

DiTondo's is good, Ristorante Lomabardo (I THINK that's it, lol) on Hertel is real good.
Let me articulate this for you:
"I'm not locked in here with them. They're locked in here with me!!"

I like food with lots of flavor and I love Chefs! I also like Santasieros.

Well, I'm sorry, but I have been there a few times, as it's my Mom's favorite place, and I just didn't think Chef's was any big deal at all.

Chef's spaghetti parm can't be beat.
Can't do it more than once or twice a year, though.
