    Did laid-off employees vandalize restrooms?

I'm asking for clarification from the smartest folks around.

    You guys.

The News reports tonight that departing County employees vandalized the Rath Building restrooms.

    Did they?

I watched TV 2 at 5:00 AM, 5:30 AM and 6:00 AM. Not a word about this.

I listened to WBEN throughout the day. Heard the yuk-yuks about Charmin's gift of TP to the County.

Saw the reports last night about the lack of soap, TP and lack of cleaning in the the restrooms. But nothing about vandalism.

    So, is this true?

If so, why didn't it get more press?

If the restrooms were vandelized and paper towels toilet paper and soap taken were any arrest warants issued. will the cost come out of their pay or the checks with held until they pay up.if the store is true arrest some one.

    SOME PRESS

As far as arresting anyone...short of witnesses how do you determine the perps...get DNA from a stool sample?

Oh Deerhunter...we've got a job for you.

DNA? No way! Much too expensive.

Cheaper to use a "ballistics match". The twists in everybodys bung hole is "different", cause we are all, my gentle little snowflakes, ....totally "unique".

"O.K. number 3, step forward, now drop 'em, and pinch me a loaf !"

OOH! OOH! ...SIR!! SIR!! COME QUICK ! ..... I THINK I FOUND A MATCH !!

    Too funny!!!

I did see something about this on the WBEN site, I think, but there the "laid off county workers" were only accused of "taking" the supplies.

There was also some mention that vendors hadn't been paid. Perhaps they "reposessed" the unused TP, soap, and towels and are holding them hostage until they get their money!!!

    Funny Column

Nothing like a TP shortage to bring out the wit in us all ... even the [i]News'[i/] whiner-in-residence, Donn Esmonde. His column actually made me laugh:
