    new recycling totes

    http://www.buffalonews.com/city/comm...icle782756.ece

sounds like it will be like the garbage totes but a little smaller
good, those small bins blow into the road too easily. Mine blew away years ago and I think got hit by a car while I was at work as when I got home I noticed the plastic from one in pieces all over the road
I had been using a small garbage can that I painted the recycling symbol on but it disappeared one day along with my neighbor's official bin

hopefully these new totes won't blow around easily
