ViSalus Sciences -So who is trying to lose some weight for spring?

I had someone stop in the shop a couple of weeks ago. He is marketing a new product in the area.

Who has tried products like this?

    Vi-shape nutritional shake mi

I told the gentleman I will try this for one month. It is supposed to be good for you...

    Currently I'm 234.5 pounds.

    weight

    I went to this site:

    Are they serious?

I used the calculator to see what they recommend for weight. I'm just over 6'1". It comes back that I should weight between 140 to 189. I'm 44 pounds over weight?

You actually lost weight on the stuff? Are you substituting for meals? I KNOW you're not substituting for fish fry. :-)

For breakfast.. and at night if I'm hungry. I still eat a normal dinner and usually light lunch. Once in a while I gotta hit mighty taco or those meat sticks from 7-11....

I don't feel lighter but the scale reads less.

    The chocolate flavoring is excellent....

Use this site to find your BMI. http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/bmi/
That one you used is kind of flawed considering it didn't even ask if you were male or female.
Your weight fluctuates throughtout the day, as much as 5-10 lbs. Weigh yourself once a week at most first thing in the morning before eating or drinking anything. I doubt you lost 8 pounds just by drinking that "nutritional shake mix." I'd recommend eating real and unprocessed food. Avoid anything that comes in a package and definitely avoid it if your aren't even sure what it is.
