ViSalus Sciences -So who is trying to lose some weight for spring?

I had someone stop in the shop a couple of weeks ago. He is marketing a new product in the area.

Who has tried products like this?

    http://thechallengebuffalo.myvi.net/

    Vi-shape nutritional shake mi

I told the gentleman I will try this for one month. It is supposed to be good for you...

    Currently I'm 234.5 pounds.

    weight

    I went to this site:

    http://www.myoptumhealth.com/portal/...ght+Calculator

    Are they serious?

I used the calculator to see what they recommend for weight. I'm just over 6'1". It comes back that I should weight between 140 to 189. I'm 44 pounds over weight?

You actually lost weight on the stuff? Are you substituting for meals? I KNOW you're not substituting for fish fry. :-)

For breakfast.. and at night if I'm hungry. I still eat a normal dinner and usually light lunch. Once in a while I gotta hit mighty taco or those meat sticks from 7-11....

I don't feel lighter but the scale reads less.

    The chocolate flavoring is excellent....

Use this site to find your BMI. http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/bmi/
That one you used is kind of flawed considering it didn't even ask if you were male or female.
Your weight fluctuates throughtout the day, as much as 5-10 lbs. Weigh yourself once a week at most first thing in the morning before eating or drinking anything. I doubt you lost 8 pounds just by drinking that "nutritional shake mix." I'd recommend eating real and unprocessed food. Avoid anything that comes in a package and definitely avoid it if your aren't even sure what it is.

I.m losing the hard way. stomach crunches, walking, leg lifts, and a few stretches. I even tried to touch my toes. did not do it but tried. Now just working around the yard is hard work when you have to carry an oxygen tank that darn thing gets heavy. If you smoke quit now had to add that part
