Besides the fact that you are totally incorrect re the Clerks office- Per Chris Jacobs - oldest check is from Sept - 4 mos after Hochul left office. Sounds like a lot of the checks left unopened were from when Jacobs was on watch in Nov. The documents were recorded when they were initially brought in - immediately - instead of waiting for a couple of months for 4 or 5 people to open, record, check, etc the document.

By your remark it appears you don't agree with the introduction of technology to improve operations and reduce the need for headcount. You must be a Dem and want to increase Union headcount. How very un-Six sigma of you.

Poor you! Jacobs wasn't clerk until he took office in Jan. The Dems still ran things until then and I have heard from people who work there that the delay was on going during the Hochul years but why trouble yourself with the truth! Only someone as benighted as Hochul would consider a multi month delay a victory for technology. That didn't happen under Dave Schwartz but then agin he was competent unlike Hapless Hochul.
