Nechelle Vanias, doing business as First Lady, is one of Bflo's most notorious flippers. But she has never been mentioned publicly.
When she "discovered" Bflo in 2005, she lived in NYC. But having gotten rich flipping in Bflo, she now lives in a fancy new house in Charlotte, NC. She boasts how very rich Bflo made her at: http://distanceinvesting.com/success_stories.asp
Interestingly, the thread is labeled "success stories", but none of her Bflo 'flippees' has shared their success. If any happy Vanias flippees are reading this, submit your story to: success@distanceinvesting.com.
After a period when her website appeared to be dormant, there is now a flurry of new activity. And Vanias just held a $1,995 get-rich-quick-in-Bflo "bootcamp" in downtown Bflo last weekend (Oct 17-20).

Fortunately, because of better publicity than in the past, everybody knows there is a huge tax auction Monday thru Wednesday of this week (Oct 20-22). And on the front page of Bflo News was a man from Brooklyn (Mohammad Islam) pictured bidding at the auction.
Coincidence? I fear not. Did Mohammed attend the Vanias get-rich 'bootcamp'?
At the same time, Vanias just announced a $100 'game of skill' lottery for an alleged $55K Bflo house (121 Folger), OWNED BY AN INVESTOR FROM BROOKLYN! It even includes $450 monthly of taxpayer rent subsidies!

And Vanias has a new press release, dated Oct 1, praising the joys of investing in Bflo.

Interestingly, Vanias does not mention that the most common recent Bflo house-for-sale posting on eBay is a "dump" by an 'investor' in an earlier Vanias "flip", usually at a heavy loss. Such transactions are so common that we have coined a new term: FLIP-DUMPS
For one example of devastating flip-dumps see: http://www.speakupwny.com/forums/sho...0&postcount=10
How much of Bflo is now owned by Brooklyn? Because mailing addresses of the ever more "foreign" investors in Bflo are not readily available, it is hard to tell. AFTF (anti-flipping task-force) knows such information, but it is 'top secret'.
The one big scam that has been publicly exposed also had a notorious BROOKLYN connection. The Jessica/Joshua/Elizabeth Doucette 50-house pyramid scam was started by Brooklyn-based East Coast Capital, via Moshe/Aaron Friedlander, also from Brooklyn.
There are many other unscrupled "foreign' owners of Bflo real estate yet to be exposed.
