Lately eBay, once used heavily for Bflo "flipping", has now changed roles in Bflo into a vehicle for "dumping", primarily by 'flippees' who are stuck.

The five houses below on eBay are owned by Todd Medwed, who bought 14 houses on 11/9/06 from "investors" Kris & Herlinda Ryan.

The five have all been eBay-DUMPED within the past 10 days at losses totalling about $46,500.

Medwed had earlier 'eBay-dumped' 1127 E Delavan for $8.6K, 8/9/07 to new-in-Bflo James Khani. Medwed paid the Ryans $20K on 11/9/06. That dump-sale lost Medwed about $11,500.

Now time will tell what Medwed will do with his other eight purchases from the Ryans ranging $13K to $30K.

He "dumps" on eBay as "Lovebanda". Watch for more.
