Nancy Naples Nice Work On Audit

I have to give credit where credit is do. Nancey has done a nice piece of work with uncovery some rather disturbing news on our friend Joel. Here is the link to readupo up on it:

    http://www.buffalonews.com/editorial...08/1059847.asp

Here is a quote from the article of the above link:

"The audit follows a review of furniture purchases from Buffalo Office Interiors that concluded in April that the company had overcharged the county by $513,810. The company is owned by James J. Spano, County Executive Joel A. Giambra's close friend and chief political fund-raiser. State Attorney General Eliot L. Spitzer has sued Spano seeking reimbursement."

Close friend of Joel ha. See the friends and family plan is alive and well up at the county offices. And in the mean time we will be paying 9% sale tax when we go shopping. How far shall they push and push and push.

No one has told me how to join the plan...... I am getting discouraged............ I could use about a half a million dollars in pocket change. Remember that everytime you are at the ring out counter paying that added 1 percent. Tic tock tic tock the time is near as January will soon be here.

    Nice job Nancy?
Where was she when the checks were okay'd and released?
    Some fiscal watchdog.
She could have said something earlier in the past three years when this was going on. She choose not to. She should have noticed something was up the occasional time she was in the office between vacations.
Then she was to busy running for congress. Now that the Giambra feeding frenzie is on she has to join the pack.
She is the worst comptroller Erie County has ever had. The problem with that is this is the most corrupt administration Erie County has ever had. No time for some one of her lack of talent and skill as well as conviction.
I hope the county wakes up and takes her down with Joel.
A few voices in the wilderness said right here last fall what would happen if Joel was re-elected. No one should be surprized. The surprize is that now people think he pulled some kind of wool over Naples eyes.
If she was doing her job she should have known where every penny was spent from the get go. I think she did.
    It's called political expedience.
They were all in this togather and now that the ship is sinking they are blaming each other as they figt to get in the life boats.
"If you want to know what God thinks of money just look at the people he gave it to."

By the way, what happened to biker? I miss the old coot.

I can't comprend how this stuff comes to be. Running the county is not different than running a business except there are more zeros in each account. You still have basic principles you follow.
