Is it mandated that they be related to new board members?

Teacher Aides DON'T have to be certified. Tearcher Assistants do. Aide are no longer require to take a test.

Teacher Salary Info (NATIONAL RECORDS) states there are are 32 paid aides plus the 2 new hires. Sorry I included the retirees which were not replaced and one termination.

Cost is well over one million dollars for politcal hires with salary and bennies.

We far exceed the mandate. I never said that TA should not be in the classroom. I said the TA that we have are ALL political hires. You are going to tell me that they are the best that were available at the time they were hired. Your dreaming.
Facts are you continue to post FALSE and MISLEADING information. You only admit your lies after you're caught.
'Have worked for' is NOT a police officer
You admit counting retirees and still, 32 is NOT 38
New teacher aides in Lackawanna pass a certification test.

You proved your own lie. You posted 38. 32 is NOT 38
FYI - the actual number is 28.

They worked in the Police department and may not have been a cop. Hope that clears that. Certainly doesn't make them better. Then I am assuming that they weren't even qualified to be cops. Cop is a cop retired or not.

34 Teacher Aides including Joyce and Daley. Better! Off by 4 still doesn't change the fact that they are all political appointees. Got it. The fact of the matter is they DON'T TAKE ANY EXAM OR TEST PRIOR TO HIRING. Got it! Ask the applicants who did not get the positions and are disappointed with the games played. Therefore an exam IS NOT REQUIRED to be hired and is irrelevent. Got it!

Unfortnuately you seem to need to do your homework, right.

The point I am making is that we have a DISFUNCTIONAL BOARD LEAD BY AN IDIOT. Got it. Second highest payroll with the 2nd lowest test score in Erie County. Got it!

Did you see the data furnished by out distinguished Board. Does your actual number include the new hires? Then 32 plus 2 new hires does not equal 28..........LIAR. If in fact we only have 28 employees who is collecting the other 6 pay checks?

Are you really that stupid???? The board numbers are in the budget and every employee is listed in the directory. The only one who's been proven a liar is YOU... By your own admission several times.

ladies, the exact numbers aren't the most important item. the truth of the matter is, that the lackawnna schol district is a laughing matter throughout western newy york. john himself claimed that he has been there for 16years, it has gone down for 16 years. he claims he hired 172 employees, now 174. with that track record he should resign today!!!!!!!!

Are you that stupid? Look at Blog #18 for your numbers. Those are the numbers submitted to the state and federal govt. by the Business office that the board approves. That also will change due to the fact that some of the teachers were let go due to the budget failure. Are you saying the budget numbers are different than the numbers submitted to the state? If so there is a problem. Your gonna go by a school directory that is printed once a year and never updated. Employees come and go like you change your underwear, you idiot.

Only teacher aides who need to work with special needs children with IEP'S etc. have to have an aide! All aides are NOT mandated. You would have look at the assignment of each aide currently working to see what they do/who they serve.
