How long has this business been operating where it's at?

Are there homes along your building that would complain about the people leaving on motorcycles at night?

You should take pictures and put them up in this thread. People don't know exactly what the situation looks like.

You obviously do not understand the dynamics of Lackawanna. The neighbor is "connected" with Jaworski, Spadone or someone else on the council or one of the boards.

The neighbor doesn't want the bar there. If you don't want to live near a bar, don't buy a house near one. There has been a bar at that location for many, many years.

If the neighbor had a legitimate complaint, then the City would have been able to rectify the situation under the proper proceedures of the law.

[QUOTE=WNYresident]Where is this barracade? is the the correct area?

The story was from January 2008. They have since taken down the barracade. The harrassment continues

The story was presented to show how the City of Lackawanna does what it wants to do without regard to the law. What was done by City officials in that case was illegal.

I reiterate, if the neighbor had any legitimate complaint that the bar was breaking any ordinances or laws, then the City could have followed the law to stop the illegal activity.

    The topic is Corrupt Poltics.

Corrupt politics? Isn't that a little redundant?
