    Just say No to Miami

Only three percent of respondents chose Miami when asked which of eight major U.S. cities they would like to live in. San Francisco led the pack with 13 percent followed by Chicago, Orlando, New York, Las Vegas and Houston.

Forty-nine percent of those surveyed had an unfavorable view of Miami, with a fear of crime dominating the reasons for people's negative impressions. Two thirds of those surveyed agreed with the statement "Miami is plagued by crime."

"Miami has a very good reputation as a vacation spot but it has had for a couple of decades a rough opinion when it comes to crime,

Miami is one of the few vacation spots in america where I wasn't treated like a 2nd class citizen. I can't live in heat all yr round, but I love vacationing there.

    Number 1. I agree.

Number 2. I've said it before and I'll say it again, I just don't like Florida. If you like it, great. It's all a matter of preference.

    Miami BITES!!!

I lived in Miami for 8 months and it ALMOST makes Buffalo look like HEAVEN!

I've visited one of my older brothers who lives in Miami with his family about 14 times over the years and sure, it was fun because I was on vacation, but man, are the people super-hostile,

if it wasn't for air conditioning Miami would NEVER have been settled like it has been

Miami is a cesspool of vice, mob activity and 24/7 violence

Miami is PACKED with illegals that have no collision insurance, but drive like maniacs!

If you give someone the bird while driving in Miami, chances are they'll shoot you. No joke.

The streets in Miami were designed by guys on acid;Hard as hell to find your way around

Even the upper class areas like Coral Gables and Boca Raton bite!

Ain't no prude but Miami is WAY too sleazy for me and I spent MOST of my time in South West Miami, a middle to upper middle class part of the city

In contrast to Miami, Buffalo shines, but that ain't saying much because Miami is the toilet of the south while Buffalo is the toilet of the north

    "TALKING PROUD!"
Coincidence is the word we use when we can't see the levers and pulleys.
