Lisbon is far from the east side... it's part of the university heights area. Most of the people who live on that street (between Bailey and Main) are college kids and families. Hardly the ghetto... but not far from it. I had a lot of collge friends who lived on that street.

That simply doesn't make sense. It wouldn't make sense if 3 whites randomly beat the crap out of a black guy either.
