Someone I met from Israel told me that they thought this. I don't know it's a bit too much of a conspiracy for my taste. I do think he's been dead for a while though.

Some believed the lies the govt have put out for so long, it's going to take a miracle for them to believe the truth when it's presented to them for the 1st time .

Bin Laden took credit for 9/11.
And the respect shown for the Muslim community was a positive thing. The deaths of the individual soldiers, no matter whose side, are relatively unknown but this was a world event and viewed by millions.

Great point! Had 9-11 not been orchestrated by Bin Laden, several terrorist organizations would have been fighting over credit for the attacks.
