I never said I had no idea about most of the things you said I said I had no idea about.
All that crossed my mind was "DUHHHHHHHHH"...The Highway Superintendent did not always make purchases in compliance with the Town’s procurement policy. Furthermore, because there is no documentation in the maintenance records to evidence that certain purchased items were installed on Town equipment, there is a signifi cant risk that the Town paid for parts that were never received.
We reviewed two purchases totaling nearly $165,000 and found that Town officials did not always make decisions that were cost effective. We found that the Board did not always properly manage and monitor expenditures. Furthermore, in certain instances, it is questionable whether Town officials acted in the best interest of the taxpayers.

Man the Town of Boston sure has some poindexters in it these days. This was once a great Town, now look how petty things are.
The above is opinion & commentary, I am exercising my 1st Amendment rights as a US citizen. Posts are NOT made with any malicious intent.
If the sitting town board does not have the balls to go after:
Eagan
Hawkins
Pluta
Magran
then they are just as guilty as the last worthless bunch.
Wow. Our Highway Superintendent sucks. I knew before, but really??? All that????
