    Exclamation Dear Wally

It's time that Wally clean house when elected:
    1. Do not appoint Greenan as Town Attorney
    2. Remove Bill O'Neil as Dog Catcher(Brother-inLaw of Paul Clark
    3. Appoint an independent Comptroller -Replace Koller.
    4. Remove Ed Toy.
    5. Start overseeing the overtime in town
    6. Hire a new secretary in your office.
    7. Abolish the $42,000 bookkeeper position Clark added.

    More to come later.

Sorry Larry, the farm has been bought.

Larry these things are not going to happen.

Greenan will be the town attorney. Piotrowski is hooked into the gang big time. Bove voted against him last time and this is one of the reasons they needed to defeat her. She needs 2 more votes. Dale Clarke would most definitely vote no but Sheila Walsh Meegan is on board with the boys. They threw Hicks under the bus for Pigeon's help in the Paul Clark and Piotrowski campaigns. Graber and Piotrowski will vote yes.

Piotrowski owes The Clarks big time for the Paul Clark controlled Town Democratic Committee endorsement. O'Neil will be the dog catcher but Al Kerner may get bounced because Piotrowski promised Joan Lillis that he would hire her son-in-law as a dog warden. He was Piotrowski's poop boy. Bove would love to can O'Neil but once again will not get the votes.

Piotrowski will keep Koller especially now that Clark lost. He needs to continue to hide the skeletons and protect the establishment that he also has been a part of for 17 years. This will mean that Paul Clark will still be controlling the finances of the town. Once again most of the Board members love this guy. I do believe that Bove is not happy with him and would like to see him and all vestiges of Clark go.

Ed Toy will also stay unless he decides to retire. He isn't old enough but he looks it. His health may be a concern. He will do whatever he is told. That's the kind of guy they want to keep.

As far as overtime, as another absentee Supervisor Piotrowski will need the loyalty of the workers. He will not mess with their "financial arrangements". Besides, he will be trying to squeeze extra money for himself. He does it with the fire companies that he takes money and vacations from.

Part of the deal was keeping all the support staff. Stefaniak was promised that she would stay on. The Board loves her with once again, the exception of Bove. Stefaniak would be Paul Clark's operative.

Piotrowski will be Supervisor on paper but Clark, Greenan and Lorigo will still be controlling the town.

Win or lose, Piotrowski was promised an appointment to a judgeship in a deal Lenihan made with Lorigo (Piotrowski's Godfather). Piotrowski will be gone soon and all of you can guess who will be back as Supervisor.

If Piotrowski's behavior during his smear campaign is any indication of what he is going to be like as Supervisor, people may be wishing Clark was still in office. That's scary.

    1. Can lightning strike twice ? Clark and Greenan gone in the same yr. ? I'm not holding my breath on that. I'm sure Tim Greenan will try to deal with at least one of the potential town council candidates, besides Osmanski, before the election.

    2. Hate to break this to you, Bill O'Neill is here to stay. Paul Clark made it a union protected job. But the town could bring back the part-time dog catchers to cover weekends and evenings, jobs that Paul Clark eliminated so his brother-in-law could cover weekends and evenings on overtime. They should re-institute part-time dog catchers, at least there'd actually be someone doing the job instead of sitting at home or as some have insinuated, out driving his limosines on town time.

I was told that he does not punch a clock to account for his hrs. and he personally handles his pay and time sheets and is accountable only to himself.

This type of lack of employee accountability has gone on in the past under Paul Clark and apparently still does in quite a few departments in the town besides the Dog catchers. The bookeeping dept. and sewer dept. in particular, also are said to have no time clocks, apparently there is a good amount of overtime in those depts.,especially the sewer dept. They answer to the town engineer. Employees in those depts. as well as others were in a Buffalo News article yrs. back about the overtime pay in town.

Except for Police, IT IS INEXCUSABLE THAT SO MANY TOWN FULL TIME EMPLOYEES BE ALLOWED TO PUT IN FOR HRS. WORKED AND OVERTIME HRS. WITHOUT ANY WAY OF SHOWING THEY ARE ON THE CLOCK.

    3. Nobody for 18 yrs. besides Clark and Koller have handled the town financial matters for the most part exclusively. I do wonder how things have been handled. Paul Clark has maintained he has kept West Seneca is in tip top shape, financially. The new town board could very well be in for a rude awakening. If there is to be any sort of fallout due to how Clark and Koller did things, will they still be, ahem, accountable ? This is why I think the new board might be apprehensive in choosing a new Comptroller.

4,6,7. Not a top priority in town to me, maybe later.

    .

How is Meegan on board with the boys? Did she support or endorse Clark, Piotrowski, Hicks, etc?
She campaigned on reform and open local government. That sure seems like an odd way to cozy up to "the boys".

    Please expand.

    Better yet, explain this ?

    Lorigo is Wally's Godfather ?

    WOW !

Like Darth Vader being Luke Skywalker's father ?

By the way, Sheila Meegan openly supported Jim Keane not Paul Clark.

She and her family have been friends with the Piotrowski family for years.

No different than Tina Bove and Dale Clarke's friendship.

Craig Hicks lost because the Clark brothers weren't there to help him, like in the past, because they were too busy with The County Exec. race and could have cared less about what happened in West Seneca.

I can't be 100% sure, but from what I have heard/experienced, Meegan got the Dem endorsement...With that, all of the other Dems came to her fundraisers (Clark, Keane, Wroblewski, Piotrowski, etc). I imagine it's common practice.

I've seen plenty of Meegan signs sans Keane signs. Not that in and of itself that means a whole lot, but I don't think they're any more aligned than the D after their names(which on a local level really doesn't mean jack **** considering Hicks (D) has the Conservative endorsement).

As long as the incumbants go away I don't care who gets in, so a fresh face is getting my vote.

I'm with you on the fresh face. Although being endorsed by Len Lenihan maybe the kiss of death around here.

    Judgeship?

If the Dems are able to get Dillon elected to the State Supreme Court seat, there is a perfect Family Court judgeship Lenihan can slide Piotrowski into. If that happens, people may not have to simply wish that Clark is back in office.

    But, Seriously folks

I can't debate the scruples of Jim Keane.

Paul Clark I know on a personal level, I handed out Clark bars and put up signs for him the first time he ran.

    I'll forever regret it.

That said, West Seneca needs to change.

New faces, New ideas, New Leadership.

We have a new Supervisor. I did not vote for him. He deserves time to show what he is about.

Wally is not a puppet for Paul Clark. Clark tried to stick it to Wally 4 yrs. ago.

The council was an extension of Paul Clark, nothing more than yes men. Sadly, even Tina sat on her hands once she got there. Though I would not lump her in Hicks, Osmanski and Graber.

Be it Meegan, Wirth or Dale Clarke, I will not complain after the votes are cast provided it is two out of these three that are elected.

I am not fond of all of them and do have a preference.

But they are a choice and an alternative we haven't and so desperately need and rightfully deserved and have been denied for too many yrs. in West Seneca due to Paul Clark's control of all things political in this town for 12 yrs.

Look, I do know Jim Keane on a personal level and he's an arrogant son of a bitch. A political whore through and through.

I don't know Paul personally, just what I've read and heard about him. Remember, people are slanted like you for personal reasons but looking at a November race I wanted professional individuals on the ballot, a CPA & an MBA. I got one. Also, my mind wasn't made up for either, I was hoping for a good debate session. As you can tell I'll be voting for Collins.

I echo your thoughts on Meegan, Wirth or Dale Clarke. I hope, when elected, the two will do what's right for West Seneca.
