I heard on channel 4 that hte leaders of amherst stopped building in amherst? Is this true?

Kindel - Opposed the moratorium
Schratz - Opposed the moratorium
Woodward - Opposed the moratorium
Grelick - Favored the moratorium
McGuire - Opposed the moratorium
O'Loughlin - Opposed the moratorium
Ward - Favored the moratorium
