Jim Tricoli States:

I am still waiting to hear from Anthony Orsini, Chairman of the IP, or the Vice Chair, Thomas Pecararo. I want to know why they took about $2500 out IP funds to pay for bills they incurred in a private business they owned.

It would be good for the IP to know why they did this to fellow IP members. It’s strange that the “higher ups” in the party don’t get more involved to get at the truth. Does the corruption in the IP run all the way up the ladder to Frank McKay at the State level? McKay’s comments on this very serious problem in the Erie County IP would be greatly appreciated.

How can we find out who the checks were written to? We should have copies of the invoices shouldn't they?

And if they were written to cover a bill that was directly billed to a private company isn't it time to call the DA for theft. I know any party I belonged to wouldn't have elected leaders using party funds for thier own businesses. That sets a bad example to the people they endorse. "Hey it's ok for us to play games with the party funds, you can too".

What are the money limits set for grand larceny?

Can we request this to be investigate as the county is now being investigated for thier lack of morals and money handling?

Now seeing they are a political party are thier check books open to the public? FOI's?

Here is the email address i recieved

Anthony Orisini tony06140@aol.com

and THe Vice chairmans Pecaroro punited@yahoo.com

Tonite i'll draft an email which i'll have everyone read here first to check my grammer and spelling. I'll fire it off to both and see if we get a response.

I'm finally tired of reading about all this BS we have going on with our political parties/politicians and handling of our communities tax money.

I had a meeting last night with a politician that seems sincere in answering questions i asked him. He basically confirmed what I have been reading on the boards here and the news paper.

If we expect WNY to get on finacially solid ground we will have to remove from power the same ol faces we have been electing year after year.
