Auto bureau satellite to reopen Monday

Erie County’s auto bureau satellite in West Seneca will reopen at 9 a.m. Monday, said County Clerk Kathleen Hochul.

The satellite has been closed since Wednesday, when a fire broke out in the building that houses the satellite.

Since then, crews have been cleaning the bureau, she said. The satellite bureau is one of the county’s busiest, Hochul said, with as many as 400 transactions a day.
