Actually, I didn't make that statement. Supervisor Giza told that to a Northwood resident when she complained of the big box rezone. He then added, "I made it possible for you to live there."

For some reason, it was OK for you to take advantage of a rezoning.
Hey, people who live in Northwood Village came from all over and knew nothing about the land being developed. They bought their homes from a developer who naturraly would never make it known that there were wetlands on the site and got assurance from the developer and town board that commercial building would never take place on the 500 feet of residential zoned property next to them.

They did follow "due diligence", but got lied to. They should have known better, right?

What advantage are you speaking of? A residential zoning change for higher density only brings more revenue per acre (more advantage) to the town coffers.

they got lied to. that's not a surprise. i got friends on bowen who were lied to. the people who bought homes in wetlands in windsor ridge got lied to. lots of people in lancaster who did due diligence got lied to.

Pudge, I expect 4248 to twist the truth. But, I expected more from you.
    YOU said:

Then, I questioned you on it.

Then, when I quoted you, you denied saying it!

You shouldn't lie, Pudge. It's not very becoming.

And, then, of course, when I asked more about the hunting (because I seriously never knew that people hunted so close to Transit Rd), 4248 shoots his mouth off, saying I'm changing the subject.

You of all people impugning my integrity! I made a statement that people objected to the building of homes where Northwood Village is located. That statement came from Supervisor Giza and included the Via Donato subdivision to the east.

I knew nothing about the background of the hunters objecting to the development. Giza made that declaration to the Northwood residents when they appeared before the board to complain about the size and scope of the proposed "big box" development.

Now lets see how you twist this one. You asked one time who was financially supporting the CARS group - which was none of your business. I could ask the same as to what your interests are in supporting the Wal-Mart, but then that's none of my business.

Your lack of knowledge on certain subjects is obvious and gives you no right questioning anyone's integrity - my opinion yes, not my integrity.

If that's the case, then spit it out. And tell me your reasoning.

Go ahead and ask me, I won't lie.
You seem to have a hard time believing that some people can support something, without having a financial interest in WalMart.
Actually, Pudge, I'm begging you to ask. Because YOU have a lot more to reveal than moi.

I'm not sure if I have ever questioned your integrity.

    Question integrity

Integrity is the basing of one's actions on an internally consistent framework of principles. Depth of principles and adherence of each level to the next are key determining factors. One is said to have integrity to the extent that everything he does and believes is based on the same core set of values. While those values may change, it is their consistency with each other and with the person's actions that determine his integrity. The concept of integrity is directly linked to responsibility in that implementation spawning from principles is designed with a specific outcome in mind. When the action fails to achieve the desired effect, a change of principles is indicated.

Oh! sorry this doesn't relate in your case.

So, Pudge, I guess you really have nothing to say about my integrity. Which means, you would have been better off not saying this to me:

Do you actually live in the Town or Village of Lancaster ? Yes or No. ( no address required for this question)

Didn't you vote for Supervisor Bob Giza - as you stated you did ? Yes or No. ( no party affiliation need be exposed)

You theorizing said "ask me I wont lie" - try just once to answer - yes or No - no diversions , no word games - just yes or no !

Just to help you along - I live near the Lancaster High School and drive by because of work and family members at least 2-5 times a day - thats why I and others know what hours the Resource Officer worked last year and this past spring.

I am not the only person who notices the obviously parked - overly marked Police cruiser he drives .

    Now - Your turn !

    Answers to your questions:

    Yes, and Yes.

I'll even answer the party affiliation question - I registered as a Democrat when i was 18, and never changed.

But, I'm certainly not so dumb, as to believe Dem or Republican means the same in a small town, as it does on a broader scale.

And, yes, I have noticed that you had asked me this before. You know my reason for not answering. Now that you've lived up to your end of the deal, I have no problem complying.

I appreciate this show of sincerity . I don't trust you at all , but who knows maybe some day we can all get along .

    That said , --------- never mind !

Thanks for answering. Have a nice day !
