at Transit & William They are fencing off the area and the
Bulldozers, griders are working. they even have the trailer offices their
now

That's why he's so happy. He doesn't have to be around while the construction is underway. Here's hoping it won't slop over onto Transit Road and cause lane closures...............

There was NO prior construction because the law suit against the building of WalMart at that site was still ongoing. If they are starting to construct that monster now it means that
#1. the law suit was won by the powers that are foaming at the mouth for all
that money that it will bring to a few local men.

Or

#2. the construction (?) is in violation.

#3. they are finally clearing up the mess they made before, which I believe they were ordered to do so.

This is what Bella Vista(J.Cipolla) is famous for , Now that they made a pile of money dumping (allowing others to dump) the large concrete slabs and other God knows what on this site.He will make another pile of cash to disperse these items again .

Remember some areas needed to be "filled or raised!" Well now they will slowly move these mountains . While some will cheer - because the mess (he skillfully created) will be leveled and touted as progress - he will actually be "filling and raising" that whole site . And getting paid again !

Also remember ,the Lancaster Town Board led by Bob Giza past a rule about "fill content in parking area's". Its not as strict as other areas because it will presumably be capped with paving materials . So you can hide all kinds of trash in there .

The Developer will make another pile of money from the actual building process as well (besides the monies made on the "Sale" to Walmart).

This is "Prime Joey" at his best . He holds title to a few other properties where he has and will create a mess in order to make residents scream for action. Then he gets his way or the property rots until he does what he wants. Either way he makes piles of cash.

You know come to think of it , Bob Giza must have known because lately he has been real brave in saying he is running for re-election . Without Joey's Conservative Endorsement and Depews extra 360 votes - he's done . Without Joey's money and connections all but Mrs.D.Stempniak would be gone.

I bet their still biting their nails though - the "Action Party Spanking" is a heavy cloud hanging over their heads. Maybe the "Boys Club." hasn't touched as many young voters as they hoped. Or maybe the Younger voters are just smarter than the older one line Party Voters. Either way folks it a real horse race this years - and we all know Bob Loves the Horses!!!!!!
