Perhaps 4248 is in utter disconnect? How much money has our schools spent in pay offs?, lawyer fees? Bus drivers and employees of the transportation dept are harassed on daily basis. Why now are we contracting out bus routes? Take that big mouth

The head of the Transportation Department at Lancaster. As for proof, there is documented lawsuits against the head of transportation. It is all public record. There are right now, at a minimum, 3 pending lawsuits against him from other bus drivers for a variety of reasons.

The sad thing is that those women's stories are very horrific. Just don't understand why the EEOC and the NYS Human Rights division did not find any unlawful conduct.

Warrior I believe you hit the nail on the head. The unfortunate part is that most don't want to do the dirty work involved with lifting up carpets they expect others to do it for them. I have first hand knowledge of the garbage that goes on behind closed doors with this Transportation Super who cannot seem to keep his paws off others or keep it in his pants. And because the main super has hinted at retaliation against those who speak against the hierarchy is there there is dirt under the carpet. The whole school district is made up of seedy slim shadys.

- so while you cant deny there is issues with the Bus Boss
- you also need to peel back the layers when it comes to the accusers.

Lets try and look at the entire problem/issue/agenda - much has been hidden - some by the school - some by those pushing the agenda to remove the Bus Boss.

What were the actual accusations related to
- were they sexual in nature
- did accusers feel harassed
- was there any actual physical contact
- was sex requested in any real manner
- anyone witness these events who are willing to sign supportive statements ?

I can assure you it has nothing to do with the Redskin issue. The complaints are completely valid and this is NOT the first school district that these complaints have arose and have had lawsuits come from it. Yes, the drivers are harassed on a daily basis, there is also sexual misconduct involved and yes there were witnesses (some scared to speak up). Hope that clarifies it for you. P.S. it is all a matter of public record.

There is just too many facts missing or not spelled out
- just keep looking at this and ask
- should this rise to the height of ruining careers and wrecking reputations/lifes.

There is also a "Political" agenda working here - if this has nothing to do with Politics or Red Skins issues - why does it smell of the same groups ?

There you go again 4248 ASSUMING it is 2nd or 3rd hand interpretation. I have facts, knowledge, paperwork etc. Just because I am not showing my full deck of cards, does not mean that what I say is without merit. I did my homework outside of my FIRST hand knowledge. Perhaps you could and should do the same As I've said on NUMEROUS occasions it is all of public record.
