Here is something that bothers me. Why do people in government take grant money and give incentives to businesses to hire refugees while you have kids/people looking for jobs as it is?

So you hire a refugee and receive upwards of a 2400 tax credit but if you hire the young adult who was born here you don't?

There are too many generation by generation Welfare/Social Service recipients who are able bodied, but are too lazy to get off their A$$'s to work when they can get their rent, food, cash allotment, HEAP paid by WORKING TAXPAYERS. This socialistic Govt needs to put stricter controls on eligibility and term limits how long a recipient can collect. Our Fed govt embraces this giveaway program with little or no eligibility to out of state newcomers, and immigrants...and then there are those pro giveway political and civic leaders who for personal gain/CAREER ENHANCEMENT are vocal and aggressive in giving our hard earned to these people...regardless of origin...Meanwhile...Our Veterans, homeless, sick and needy get less CARE AND ATTENTION THAN SOMEONE WHO SNUCK OVER THE BORDER or were sponsored by Catholic Charities, Int. Institute or Journeys End. Our society has turned upside down...and what even makes it worse...all these PC do gooding, tree huggers , Marchers, and protesters are too stupid to see the bottom line and costs, while our own needy citizens are ignored and neglected!

I look at grants from IDA's as stealing in some cases. You should not take tax money from one group of businesses to help prop up a another group of businesses. I can see some select property tax breaks for like a manufacturing plant but they have to have claw backs. You don't want the program to be abused by developers.
