Freedman purposefully and illegally obstructed from December 21, 2015 to August 16, 2016 to give me a copy of the December 21, 2015 Memorandum of Law. Why? It is full of fact contradicting lies. Following is evidence of another of Andrew J. Freedman’s lies.
Referencing the above HCSD calendar the first day following the HCSD holiday break was January 5, 2015. By his statement “given the District’s holiday break” Andrew J. Freedman again attempts to dupe you, Commissioner Elia, into believing the holiday break ended January 6, 2015. The above evidence shows the District’s holiday break ended January 4, 2015.
Thus Andrew J. Freedman’s “the four out of school suspension days”, Daniel served analysis is: the 1st of the four day out of school suspension Daniel actually served January 5, 2015, the 2nd 1/6/15, the 3rd 1/7/15 and the 4th or last day of out of school suspension 1/8/15. The 4 day out of school suspension as stated by Andrew J. Freedman service was completed January 8, 2015, not January 12, 2015 as again mischievously and untruthfully manufactured, to dupe you Commissioner Elia, by Andrew J. Freedman.
The January 12, 2015 superintendent’s hearing transcript provides further out of school suspension confirming evidence; specifically, Crangle (assistant principal John Crangle): I have a question. Mr. D’Amico, when a student ismedically excused from school, does that count towards a day of suspension? Yes or no? D’Amico (hearing officer):Yes.
Hearing officer D’Amico, upon his YES response confirms Daniel, medically excused, serving his 4 out of school suspension days January 5, 6, 7 and 8, 2015.

Clearly Vincent J. Coppola in his above 2:42pm email and as earlier repeatedly analyzed again lied. There were undeniable WNY Pediatrics reported HIPPA violations.
Commissioner Elia, Andrew J. Freedman to serve his false narrative intentionally obstructed from you his knowledge that the school car attended Daniel’s residence the morning of January 5, 2015, not January 7, 2015 as Andrew J. Freedman dupes you into believing, to transport Daniel to Ormsby Center to serve his 1st of 4 day out of school suspension.
In conclusion the December 19, 2014 suspension HCSD created with false evidence, evidence that HCSD first communicated to Daniel June 23, 2015. This act of misconduct evidence HCSD would have forever corruptly secreted from Daniel had I not appealed to you Commissioner Elia. The NOTICE OF SUSPENSION alleged instructing Daniel NOT to attend middle school December 23, 2014 was again requested yesterday of you Commissioner Elia, Regent Collins, all HCSD Board of Education members and hearing officer D’Amico as follows:
Andrew J. Freedman has refused provision of the above evidence. After 687 days Daniel and I have not received this NOTICE OF SUSPENSION. Why has it not been received – Commissioner Elia please communicate the fact that this NOTICE OF SUSPENSION existence has been falsely alleged - in fact does NOT exist, NEVER EXISTED.
Although both December 19 and December 23, 2014 suspensions HCSD corruptly manufactured to further academic fraud revelation retaliation Daniel unjustly served both suspensions. Daniel’s final day of unjust suspension service was January 8, 2015, not January 12, 2015 as fabricated by Andrew J. Freedman.
Daniel Bowen has not been permitted attendance at school for 328 school days. Since July 17, 2015 – for 476 days; why do you Commissioner Elia continue to cooperate with Andrew J. Freedman’s motivations to fraudulently deny Daniel public school attendance.
Andrew J. Freedman, with collaboration of you, Commissioner Elia, Regent Collins, superintendent Cornell and HCSD Board of Education members has informed of a case 20-233 Memorandum of Law yet to be made available to Daniel and me. Why the delay - it is likely saturated with similar intentional corruption Andrew J. Freedman intentionally conceals from this writer.
On September 26, 2016 Tina Urbaitis communicated:
Commissioner Elia et al you have been repeatedly advised, much earlier than November 2015, that a section 276.5 will be submitted when Andrew J. Freedman provides obstructed records including the 20-233 Memorandum of Law.
