It is full of fact contradicting lies; especially 12 additional suspension days punishment for HCSD fabricated acts of misconduct.



Daniel was suspended January 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 20, 21, 22, 23, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, February 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, 10, 2015; 28 school days for attending school December 23, 2015. Daniel attended school December 23, 2014 because the NOTICE OF SUSPENSION HCSD mailed December 23, 2014 failed to instruct Daniel not to attend school December 23, 2014. Andrew J. Freedman corruptly pleads with Commissioner Elia to imagine this NOTICE OF SUSPENSION instructing Daniel to NOT attend school December 23, 2014.

Mr. Bowen: Daniel will be given an in school suspension for 5 days beginning on Thursday, November 13th.The reason for the suspension is truancy, gross disrespect in the email he sent to the teachers and unauthorized use of his cell phone.

HCSD's intentional corruption; dishonesty altered and scrubbed this NOTICE OF SUSPENSION on Daniel’s discipline record to:




The three suspension notice charges “truancy, gross disrespect in the email he sent to the teachers and unauthorized use of his cell phone” were proven beyond reasonable doubt dishonest. Being untruthful these 3 charge descriptions and details, as evidenced, HCSD scrubbed from Daniel’s above discipline record. To conceal its corruption HCSD also denied the immediately requested informal conference as follows:

On February 10, 2015 this same 12/17/14 or 12/19/14 act of misconduct was not only scrubbed and altered – mischievously coached by Andrew J. Freedman and Daniel J. D’Amico HCSD testified under oath another version, a newly invented act of misconduct as follows:

Crangle: Yes, on December 19th Daniel…
Freedman: So was it Daniel's initial story that someone else slapped him? Crangle: Yes.

Crangle: It is extremely serious.

D'Amico: this is the initial incident that led to the initial suspension from school on December 19th, 2014? Freedman: Exactly

A further corrupt HCSD action was to delay communicating this invented act of misconduct to Daniel and me for 188 days, June 23, 2015.

There was no reason, no acts of misconduct justifying the additional twelve days suspension. 12 days additional punishment was continuance of retaliation for reporting academic fraud to corrupt Jennifer Giallella.
