    San Diego lost their team??

Oakland is moving because Davis, like his father, is psychotic and St. Louis just never got the kind've fan support most teams get.

Also, you have no idea what Pegula's plans for a new stadium, are. Just speculation like the rest of us.
Let me articulate this for you:

San Diego just voted down two different stadium proposals. There is a high probability that the Chargers leave for LA because there is also a high probability that the Chargers are not going to get a new stadium in San Diego. The Spanos family don't have much net worth after you consider the Chargers. They would almost have to empty the bank to come up with their portion of a heavily subsidized stadium deal.

Oakland is moving because Mark Davis, like his father and the San Diego owners, really does not have any money outside of what value owning the team brings. That's why the Raiders moved from LA to Oakland in the first place. If you recall, Al Davis needed a loan from Ralph to keep the store open. Davis is also only a partial owner. I think he is just looking to max out his exit and made a side deal with Sheldon Adelson.

St. Louis never had a real issue with fan support. They were ready to make a sweet deal with Kroenke but Stan has 'FU money' and knew he would make a lot more moving to LA. Kroenke makes Pegula, who has several Billion LIQUID, look middle income. Once Kroenke gets his complex built, I would expect the LA Rams to be considered the most valuable team in the NFL at over $4.5 billion. Up from the current $2.9 billion.

The idiot has no clue on most everything and you're right that everyone is just speculating.

Here is my take. There are two types of owners in the NFL. The real wealthy new generation and the old guard. Pegula is in the new generation. He is looking at the Bills on the long term and something he is going to pass down to his kids. Other owners, like the Spanos family and Mark Davis are on the way out as they simply can't keep up with the real wealth.

As long as Terry can look at his ownership of both the Sabres and Bills, in addition to, any investment in stadiums or facilities as highly profitable over a long period of time he is going to stay. Pegula purchase the Bills for $1.4 and they are valued at $1.5...playing in a 43 year old stadium and having not made the playoffs in 16 years.

It's not up to Pegula if the Bills stay in Buffalo, just like the Raiders moving to Las Vegas, It's up to the NFL & the NFL owners if they
approve the move. Las Vegas has approved the funding and is building a new NFL Stadium matter what, for the Raider's, another existing team, & or a expansion team. Buffalo is too poor & too small and is getting poorer & losing more population every day to have a NFL Team anymore and the current stadium is the laughing stock of the country. but actually Buffalo is the poster child as bad as it gets when comes to the economy, taxes, weather, political corruption, public safety, crime. Either Pegula & Buffalo builds a new stadium and
finds a way to fill the 100's & 100's luxury corporate suites that go's with a new NFL stadium which raises millions & millions of dollars of revenue that is shared with all the NFL owners. 2019 is circled on the NFL's calendar, when the lease clause comes into play and the Bills can be relocated. Also Buffalo is going to have to pay & build for a new Hockey arena in 10 years, Today Stadium's & Arena's have a lifespan of 20 to 30 years before they become obsolete

No, moron, it's not up the the NFL. NFL owners approve team relocations but do not force them. Pegula would need to request to move and then would need to have the move approved.

It's possible that Pegula could request the move but 1,000 things would need to happen before that day came. Idiot.

Rochester does have suburbs, Greece being one of several. However Buffalo and the Roc have no connection.
