The corruption of Andrew J. freedman et al just continues to escalate in reference to Andrew J. Freedman's following evidence:





Andrew J. Freedman intentionally dupes you, Commissioner Elia about a February superintendent’s hearing. The fact is - there was a January 12, 2015 superintendent’s hearing. In continuance of its due process contempt HCSD corruptly secreted its sole act of misconduct witness, Cheryl McGirr. The purposeful absence of Cheryl McGirr denied a January 12, 2015 determination. The date uncertain (12/17, 18 or 19/2014) false retaliatory act of misconduct resulted in Daniel sitting (denied education) at home unsupervised December 19, 22, 23, 2014, January 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 2015. On January 12, 2015 Daniel was not and had no intention of being enrolled in a private school. No January 12, 2015 supervisor’s hearing determination further caused Daniel to sit at home, unsupervised and promoted denied education January 13, 14, 15, 16, 20, 21, 22, 23 and January 26, 2015. HCSD sustained its retaliation of Daniel’s academic fraud revelations that were cover-up’d in Jennifer Giallella’s July 2014 (Richard Jetter, etc.) character make over meeting including Jennifer Giallella, Andrew J. Freedman and Joseph Braccio.

Andrew J. Freedman again lied to Commissioner Elia in his above statement “although Petitioner never notified the district”. The evidence of Andrew J. Freedman’s corruption is his January 30, 2015 acknowledgement “…you indicated to the District…that you enrolled him (Daniel) in a private school…” as follows:



Andrew J. Freedman acknowledged that HCSD had been notified of Daniel’s private school enrollment, in Canada, at Niagara Christian Collegiate (NCC) and dupes you, Commissioner Elia December 21, 2015 by lying ““although Petitioner never notified the district”.

Further evidence of Andrew J. Freedman’s dishonesty about HCSD’s private school enrollment knowledge is: On 1/23/15 this written message was received “As per NCC (private school) policy, he (private school President) will be placing a call to Daniel's current school (HCSD).” This enrollment confirming phone call from NCC to HCSD was acknowledged by Andrew J. Freedman January 30, 2015. To dupe you, Commissioner Elia Andrew J. Freedman denied this private school enrollment knowledge December 21, 2015.

Confirming Daniel’s private school enrollment the following communication, acknowledged by Andrew J. Freedman January 30, 2015, was received from NYS public school superintendent Jon MacSwan: “I just got off of the phone with Leslie from Dan's "new school" - Congratulations to you and the family. I also congratulated the school on finding such a good young man and now their best male swimmer”. To deceive you, Commissioner Elia Andrew J. Freedman denied this private school enrollment knowledge December 21, 2015.

Further validating Andrew J. Freedman’s January 30, 2015 enrollment knowledge interim superintendent Coppola was early morning emailed:


Your long delay…to provide Daniel NYS mandated…school instruction has resulted in Daniel being registered in a private school late yesterday afternoon until this matter is resolved. Daniel is attending this private school this morning and thereafter until resolution. Vince you face a compelling crossroads; a choice to sustain the obvious corruption and misuse taxpayer's dollars or to meet and resolve in quality character…”

This further confirmed HCSD’s and Andrew J. Freedman's knowledge. On December 21, 2015 Andrew J Freedman again suckered you, Commissioner Elia concerning Daniel’s private school enrollment.

Interim superintendent Vincent J. Coppola emailed:


Dave, Let me get back to you.I know your situation is very important to you as well as us..I just have other major issues on my plate this am.

This further confirmed Andrew J. Freedman's knowledge. On December 21, 2015 Andrew J Freedman again duped you, Commissioner Elia concerning his obvious knowledge about Daniel’s private school enrollment.


Andrew J. Freedman, with collaboration of you, Commissioner Elia, Regent Collins, superintendent Cornell and HCSD Board of Education members has informed of a case 20-233 Memorandum of Law yet to be made available to Daniel and me. Why the delay - it is likely saturated with similar corruption.
