When Buffalo was talking about building a new stadium a few year ago the cost was 1.4 Billion, Now it would cost 2 to 2.5 Billion like the Washington Redskins New Stadium which is going to cost 2.5 Billion, Cost are going up quick, The AZ Cardinals are planning on building a new NFL Stadium in 5 to 10 years, maybe sooner because Glendale is not getting along with the NFL & the Cardinal's. Phoenix want's to host more Super Bowls

Its mostly for those gold plated perks that the great unwashed cannot afford.
