Background: 13 year old student Daniel Bowen exposed Hamburg Central School District academic fraud. It was responsibly exposed to leadership. HCSD officials proceeded with concealment of the academic fraud. Abusing public trust Jennifer Giallella and Vincent J. Coppola retaliated with manufactured acts of misconduct supported with 243 LIES to deny Daniel education.
