13 year old student Daniel Bowen exposed Hamburg Central School District academic fraud. HCSD officials proceeded with concealment of the academic fraud. Abusing public trust HCSD manufactured acts of misconduct and 243 LIES to deny Daniel education. There was a January 12, 2014 superintendents hearing decision. This is a formal proceeding being to consider charges being brought by the District against the student, Daniel Bowen, as outlined in a letter dated January 8, 2015. I understand, after having some discussion with the parties, that Mr. Bowen, Dave Bowen, Daniel's father has requested an adjournment, and the parties are in agreement that the proceeding will be adjourned as we can to allow for testimony of additional witnesses as prescribed by Mr. Bowen himself.
