    Question Federal Home improvement loans you dont hafta pay back unless you sell

    I have now heard from 3 different people that know someone who received a loan from the federal govt to do repairs or upgrades to their homes, that doesnt have to be paid back unless you sell the home.

    Whopper of cash loans, to enable you to get new windows, siding roofs, furnaces, things of that nature... what are these loans called and where do I go to get into that?
