personally the number 1 kitchen in the quality plaza in williamsville was the best. havent found a new place since they closed. the restuarant thats in there now serves corporate garbage.

I found my new favorite Chinese place today. Pekin Garden, located on Delaware Ave just north of Sheridan.
They serve Dim Sum daily, and it's damn good, as good as any I've had in Toronto. If you don't feel like crossing the border to Ming Teh this is almost as good.
