According to the Washington post in2015, only 4 percent were a white cop shot an unarmed black man.

Do you have a source for that statistic? Because I looked at the Washington Post (your source) and they concluded that of all of the unarmed people shot and killed by police in 2015, 40% of them were black men, even though black men make up just 6% of the nation’s population.
