THe part that is false is that Zeifman wasn't her supervisor, but he DID write in his book:

"[Hillary] was a liar," Zeifman said in an interview. "She was an unethical, dishonest lawyer. She conspired to violate the Constitution, the rules of the House, the rules of the committee and the rules of confidentiality."

How could a 27-year-old House staff member do all that? Zeifman said she was one of several individuals who engaged in a seemingly implausible scheme to deny Richard Nixon the right to counsel during the investigation.

The actions of Hillary and her cohorts went directly against the judgment of top Democrats, up to and including then-House Majority Leader Tip O'Neill, that Nixon clearly had the right to counsel. In order to pull this off, Zeifman says Hillary wrote a fraudulent legal brief, and confiscated public documents to hide her deception.

The brief involved precedent for representation by counsel during an impeachment proceeding. When Hillary endeavored to write a legal brief arguing there is no right to representation by counsel during an impeachment proceeding, Zeifman says, he told Hillary about the case of Supreme Court Justice William O. Douglas, who faced an impeachment attempt in 1970.

"As soon as the impeachment resolutions were introduced by (then-House Minority Leader Gerald) Ford, and they were referred to the House Judiciary Committee, the first thing Douglas did was hire himself a lawyer," Zeifman said.

The Judiciary Committee allowed Douglas to keep counsel, thus establishing the precedent. Zeifman says he told Hillary that all the documents establishing this fact were in the Judiciary Committee's public files. So what did Hillary do?

"Hillary then removed all the Douglas files to the offices where she was located, which at that time was secured and inaccessible to the public," Zeifman said. Hillary then proceeded to write a legal brief arguing there was no precedent for the right to representation by counsel during an impeachment proceeding — as if the Douglas case had never occurred.
Let me articulate this for you:
"I'm not locked in here with them. They're locked in here with me!!"

Don't put much faith in SNOPES anymore since reading that it is a left-leaning organization. And, wasn't George Soros financially involved with the operation?

But how accurate is what he wrote in his book?

    from snopes:

"nearly everything stated in this passage is wrong: Hillary Rodham didn't draft a legal brief that was "unethical" (save that it made a legal argument Zeifman didn't agree with), she didn't "confiscate" public documents, and she didn't do anything that she hadn't been directed to do by the man who was her and Zeifman's superior. Is this the world that Hillary also wants?

    Are we that "small minded"?

Recognizing the problem is half the battle..

    Things that are not recognized..

    Radical islam,
    Trade deficits,
    National debt
    Illegal immigration
93 million working age people out the workforce,
the amount of people on foodstamps,
    NAFTA
    Government inefficiency and waste.
    Student loan debt bubble
    The shrinking middle class
    Etc, etc.

Now there is only one candidate that I know of that has acknowledged all those problems and more.. Do you know who that is? Most government solutions to these problems involve throwing money at them which only makes our situation worse because we are broke. You can see how that has turned out for us. Trillions in debt for sub par GDP.

    Donald Trump

A lot to digest from today's email scandal and from the expected trashing of Trump; and trash they did.

Bernie's complete bailout was a big surprise to me; knew he was going to bail but when he stated he and Hillary have put together the most progressive social program ever, have to think that did not set well with Hillary.

Reading the news will be interesting tomorrow, especially reading the fact-check report.

Despite the email scandal where it was shown that the DNC and Washington post was in the tank for Hillary, the revelation that that disparaging and racist remarks were made by DNC staff, that Wasserman resigns from her national post and is immediately rehired by Hillary, the mainstream media writes that the DEMS hit the ball out of the park yesterday, And throughout the night speaker after speaker dared to label the Republican Party as ‘the party of ‘ hate’ (racists, Misogynists, Xenophobes etc.) - and without compassion for the less fortunate.

Interesting that with all the data and facts given to indicate Trump is a ‘buffoon’ and unqualified for leadership there was no fact checking published in today’s BN. Going to the Factcheck.org website only the following were found to be ‘factual inaccuracies’.

    Summary – FACTCHECK.ORG

PHILADELPHIA — The 2016 Democratic National Convention is underway, and the factual inaccuracies on the first night focused on income, college tuition and something the Republican ticket had said or done.

    • Pennsylvania Sen. Bob Casey said Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump “would cut taxes for the richest Americans at the expense of the middle class.” But all income levels would get some tax relief under Trump’s plan.

i• Connecticut Gov. Daniel Malloy wrongly claimed that Mike Pence, the GOP vice presidential nominee, “signed a law that would have forced women to hold funerals for fetuses.” The law said aborted or miscarried fetuses “must be cremated or interred” by the hospital or abortion facility.

    • Sen. Bernie Sanders said Hillary Clinton “will guarantee” free tuition at public colleges or universities for families with annual incomes of $125,000 or less. But free tuition is not guaranteed. States must put up matching funds for the students to receive free tuition.

    • Sens. Casey and Kirsten Gillibrand both claimed that Trump had said that wages are “too high.” Trump was specifically talking about a $15 minimum wage when he made that comment, not wages overall.

    • Sanders said the “top one-tenth of 1 percent now owns almost as much wealth as the bottom 90 percent,” a statistic that has been questioned by economists at the Federal Reserve Board.

    • Sanders also said the “top 1 percent in recent years has earned 85 percent of all new income,” but economists whose work Sanders has cited put the figure at 52 percent for 1993 to 2015.

    • Rep. Joe Kennedy III said Americans’ wages “have not budged in 40 years,” and Sen. Elizabeth Warren said wages were “flat.” Wages plunged in the 1970s and 1980s, and more recently have showed strong growth

As a senior who goes back in time, I would never have believed America would ever consider supporting a socialist with the policies and principles Sanders proposes. There was a time when individualism and personal responsibility meant something. Now the government is big brother who will provide for everyone regardless of personal effort and at the expense of those who put in the time, effort and hard work to become successful.

The dilemma for many is whether the DEMS are a party that panders to different social classes for votes and has the resources and means to deliver their promises made, and/or whether the REPS are the party of ‘haters’ or the party of fiscal responsibility and personal accountability

The Buffalo News lost their way...

"It will belong to neither political party, but will censure or approve the acts of either, as they may seem to warrant.

I would say pointing out the liar and the primary rigging is in order. This should not be over looked.

I would have to simply say about day 2 of the DNC:

I have never heard so many one-day convention lies and BS in my life.

The romantic and touching love story presented by Bill about Saint Hillary may have some appeal to the younger generation who are off the same generation as Hillary and seen her for her true self.

Forgotten were the mentioning the Bill and Hillary personal scandals, Hillary's foreign affair blunders, the email scandal the Clinton Foundation scandal and the fact that they are disbarred lawyers (and much more) Bill can still do an excellent job of spinning **** into gold.

U.S. Sen. Corey Booker of New Jersey

“In this great nation, where our founders put a fundamental principle forward of religious freedom, [Donald Trump] says ban all Muslims, don’t let certain people into our America because of how they pray.”

It is not about how they pray.

It's how groups in the islamic religion kill gay people, treat women like second class citizens, strap bombs to their bodies to blow people up and so on. Where do these people come up with their BS.

Islam is a sham , and the sooner the world wakes up to that intolerant, violent, paleolithic religion the better.
Look at how 'civilized' Islamic societies treat gays, women, and other religions,
the only reason more people don't speak out and do something is because they are afraid of getting killed by Islamists proving they are a religion of peace.

There was no mention of Isis or radical islam in at the DNC that I am aware of.. you know why because Democrats are politically correct, economically ignorant, self loathing p#ssies that wont be happy
until the US is a third world crap hole. Obama is their demi god.
