It really is just a rotten shame that All the things that are looked at by the Cheektowaga Board , the Personnel Director , the Supervisor and All. The way this Department Head-Boss can get away with firing who-ever he pleases. Part-time employees have been let go. Example-one part-timer did not have a person to cover thier shift, even though that part-timer gave the so called Boss a note, that they will be off on vacation. The note was turned in to that Boss so much in-advance. I do not know what this Department Head wants from employees. They do what is asked and yet still it is not good enough for him...That Department Head should be watched closely !!!!Why is it OK for the Department Head to be able to use the Town Vechile to drop firewood on Currier Street in Sloan? Oh thats right a relative lives there. The Town Board , Personnel Director and the Supervisor can look the other way for that one.. But watch out employees, the Department Head can fire, discriminate and do pretty much whatever he wants..Well it's time to be very watchful of what he does during his work shift...
