I guess Lancaster is not the only district where issues are orchestrated in an attempt to embarrass members of the administration and the BOE

Certainly Transgender is a controversial subject, and not one to take lightly, but it's discussion at a budget meeting feels like many of the insane accusations thrown around at Lancaster meetings.
