President Obama has funded a undeclared war against President Assad in Syria - he funded Taliban/Rebels in Syria and ISIS (indirectly). He is directly responsible for the millions of dollars as well as arms now being used in Syria and other places. He is directly responsible for what's happening with the immigrants and the assassins in France.

Wake up - keep funding other government take overs
- keep messing with the world and sooner or later the rebels will be in your neighborhood

My bad...DEFICIT has been reduced. Spending is moving in the right direction again, and has been throughout the Obama Administration.

It doesn't change the fact that the premise of your thread is stupid. ISIS, that group which operates over Iraq and Syria is being contained. They have lost major battles and assets. They ARE losing battles and assets. The Paris attacks may represent a change in strategery. No direct connection to ISIS, but "adopted" by the group.
