It's absolutely disgusting and revealing at the same time that Obama doesn't give a crap about American poor people. He only cares about undocumented democrats that will tow the party line. He doesn't care one bit if he allows enemies into the usa.

How long did all that fake concern last? One day?
What would it be like if they actually realized and admitted to the sheer hypocrisy they're drowning in?

I think he is saying to not shop people from other countries here. Well unless they can support themselves and make a go of it. This means no grants or support cost of existing people in the USA.

    From the NY post....

    O's Rickety Welcome Wagon

Depending on your point of view, the heated debate over admitting Syrian refugees is driven either by prejudice or common sense. There are elements of both, but the contest is ultimately a referendum on President Obama.

If you think he is doing a good job on national security, you want to roll out the welcome wagon. But if you see Obama’s policies as a big factor in the rise of Islamic State, you’re not willing to add to the already high risk of a terror attack in America.

The barbarism in Paris, the fact that one of the attackers carried a Syrian passport and the direct threats against the United States, are leading most voters to oppose Obama’s plan.

Without doubt, the plight of the refugees is heartbreaking. Some 11 million Syrians have been displaced, and 4 million of them have fled their country.

But compassion doesn’t automatically translate into an American obligation, especially when most people already don’t trust Obama on immigration. His refusal to enforce routine border laws demolishes his credibility when he claims we can safely take in 10,000 Syrians, as does his silly refusal to call Islamic terrorism what it plainly is.

Moreover, the bill passed by a bipartisan House majority hardly seems onerous. It requires that top officials personally certify that every refugee carries no risk of terrorism.

Shouldn’t they be doing that anyway? Shouldn’t any president welcome such a belt-and-suspenders approach?

Obama’s threat to veto the bill may scare away some Senate Democrats, but that will be another burden for all Dems in the 2016 elections.

That would fit a pattern. The GOP racked up historic gains in the two elections when Obama was not on the ballot, but his policies were. Unless he stops insulting voters and starts listening, next year could be Strike 3 for his party

Another data bite for those faking concern the homeless and veterans

How the Obama Administration Got 50% of Homeless Veterans Off the Streets in 4 Years

... Between 2007 and January of 2015, overall homelessness fell by 11%, and chronic homelessness declined by 31%.

The most striking long-term plunge, though, has occurred among one specific segment of the homeless population: veterans. Homelessness among veterans declined by 35%, and over a shorter span of time — between 2009 and 2015. The number of unsheltered homeless veterans across the nation has plummeted by 50% in the past four years.

This progress is the result of unprecedented attention from policymakers. Bipartisan support for smart policy in Congress and extraordinary coordination between the federal government and state and local governments has produced some shocking news in the past year. Earlier in November, Virginia became the first state in the nation to functionally end veteran homelessness altogether. ...

Obama Cuts 2.6 Billion From Veterans While Allocating 4.5 Billion To Syrian Migrants Moving To America

Veteran Affairs is one of the most mismanaged government program in the United States. Veterans cannot make appointments, the cost for treatment is outrageous, over307,000 veterans died*waiting for care, yet nobody has been held accountable. The most recent atrocity by the VA came when the VA went to Congress, less than three months before the end of the fiscal year, short $2.6 billion in funds in order to care for the veterans.

The Secretary of Veteran Affairs, Robert McDonald, told Congress that if they do not receive $2.6 billion more in funds, they will have to deny veterans the care they deserve. The VA has been known to delay doctor appointments, especially in the past 7 years. Robert McDonald has only been Secretary of Veteran Affairs for the past year, yet he has already made some horrific things. “What you’re seeing is a sea of change in the way VA operates. Historically, we’ve managed to a budget instead of managing to requirements based on veterans’ needs.”

After discussing the possibility of closing some of the VA hospitals, Congress passed an emergency spending bill worth $3.5 billion. Josh Earnest, White House spokesman, said that the United States has committed to spend $4.5 billion in order to help rebuild Syria while also addressing the refugee camps scattered throughout Europe. $419 million will be designated for humanitarian aid assisting with Syrian refugees. The money is coming from the United States Agency for International Development which means that Congress will not get the chance to deny the fundin

While thousands of veterans are dying waiting for medical care and even more are living on the streets, the United States is sending over several billion dollars to help other countries. The United States can’t even take care of those who protect its freedom, yet the Obama Administration doesn’t seem to notice or care.

Worst president in history cares more about foreigner who dispise us than American veterans.
    One planet, one life.

Did you even read the article you posted? It's not real news. The headline doesn't even match up with it's own contents of the article. A budget shortfall during the fiscal year is not a "cut" by the president. No wonder you're all paranoid about democrats... you only read extreme-right jizz-rag fake news.
