I am not looking for a job but am disappointed in the process of hiring practices in our town. Uneducated, unqualified, failed your drug test , dwi, room will be made for you ,even if the head of the department never asked for a new hire. This November please return common sense to our town government .

If I was supervisor I would want the pool of applicants to be somewhat large. Your job qualifications would have nothing to do with how many political signs you put up, who you are related to and/or who's ass you kiss

Maybe some people in Lancaster are fed up with the status quo,and are getting off the bench and getting in the game . Will it make a difference ? Who knows Lancaster ,who knows?
