its ALWAYS offline but you can add a new printer - same printer- again in able to print. I can be 6,000 miles away on my ipad and print documents... on a printer my windows computers, 'cliams; to be offline.

What is your default printer, also check the port the printer is set to use and do a test print from the control Panel..
