Very very informative. It is always great to research products before trying them. I am a very nervous about trying anything unless I research the product first. You did a great job in finding this, I will not take it until further discussing it with my doctor.

I am concerned that my triglyerides are 139. Just need to be diligent on the food intake and increase the exercise.

the average price of pomegranate in nowdays is $2.50. the BJ's prive for a pack of four is $8.00. It's a great deal because the pomegranates are HUGE.

Update, I bought the flaxseeds, and am using the gummy Omega 3 suggested from Ban. I will have a test done in a couple of months. I hope it all worked in sequence.

Bingo, my husband just got his results, he went down 10 points from 203 to 193 and his numbers were perfect. So the diet, and exercise worked. I hope my readings are good news.
