Buffalo television news must be getting trained by the gazette, because this link was working yesterday and now it's not.

Pretty soon, the only news we will be hearing about is what color underwear Bucky Philips was wearing last, and whether or not we are going to die from Bird Flu.....

a poster from the West Side

He said there are just a bunch of wannabe criminals in Bflo. I guess in his mind if you don't have a couple serial killers running around, then there is no crime. Baffling. He uses that angle to say that the BPD don't do anything. Acknowledging a crime element would give credit to the BPD Officers because of Bflo's comparitively low crime rate. He would never do that. I can assure you all, and these posts demonstrate it for all to see, there are some very dangerous people inhabiting this City.

For real though, who said it?

And I would have more for Niagara Falls but that news agency recruits their people from Crackhouses on Peirce Avenue.....

    2 more last night

2 more people shot last night, and a house shot up on the west side. But these are only practical jokes. They don't mean any harm.

Deadly Gunfire Erupts on Buffalo Street

(Buffalo, NY, July 20, 2006) - - For the second night in a row, Buffalo Police are investigating a shooting on the city's east side - this time deadly. But now police are wondering if the two are connected. News 4's Melissa Holmes has more.

Police say there was one wave of violence over the July 4th weekend, and now Buffalo is feeling another wave of violence.

Thursday morning, they're trying to determine if it's all related.

Officers were called to Carl Street around 11:30 Wednesday night. They determined that someone was shot inside a car there, and driven to Erie County Medical Center.

Police say the 22 year old man was pronounced dead at the hospital.

While detectives are trying to determine a motive, they say it may be in retaliation for a double shooting Tuesday night on Schuele Street just a block away that left two women wounded.

Police are also looking into the possibility that another shooting on July 4th is related. That left a 15 year old wounded.

In all, it's been a busy summer for Buffalo Police. At last check, police are still interviewing witnesses in this case. They have not yet released the name of the man who was killed.
