It was quite a task in retrieving a masterplan of a project that meant development over 10 acres of land, house over 59 aircraft, 6 or more corporate jets, helicoptors and much much more.
How unfortunate that the town that acted as the "Lead Agency" did not have the masterplan. We are clearly concerned about the contents of this masterplan that is more than one page. It consists of 73 pages and several pages of letters from various people.
It is worrisome that the enormous project of this magnitude was not brought to the public's attention and awareness. People of Lancaster wake up, take a stand because I do not believe you signed up at approximately 13 million dollars of taxpayer's money to have LearJets flying over your house at low altitude in the uncontrolled airspace.
Transparency is not apparent here.
