    Clarence shouldn't hire any more teachers, those teachers' salaries will increase over time. The only way to pay for that is to decrease the salaries of present teachers or increase school taxes. Unless the present teachers agree to a pay cut no new teachers should be hired. Furthermore, many people have suggested that private schools could do a much better job for far cheaper. Maybe charters in Clarence would be a good alternative?
