Maybe party politics came into play.

FYI, what I write now appears at www.dailypublic.com first.

Because The Public doesn't use Wordpress, I maintain my personal Wordpress archive at buffalopundit.com, but publish a few days later, allowing the content to be exclusive to the Public first.
This website makes money off of a depraved and idiotic conspiracy theory.

Will all this put an end to the Three Men in a Room?
Or are we just going to end up with 3 different men...
Hopefully this is big enough that it forces a change.

Yes, that is what I was referring to. Also what distinguishes these charges from those Bruno faced is at least two cooperating witnesses with grants of immunity.

So, no lawmakers "changed the law" to benefit Bruno. The US Attorney used an illegal law to go after an innocent man. The other thing that sets this apart, Bruno was Not Guilty on all the bogus politically motivated charges brought against him. Did any of you vote for Preet Bowwow to run NYS? I didn't!

He apparently would not waive indictment.

nogods, I couldn't get the article to download. What happened to the other 2 charges from the felony complaint, if you know. Did Preetypie abandon them before the grand jury or did the grand jury refuse to indict on those counts?
