Who gives them the right to take people's property ? Supposedly on this particular list (which is confidential ? RIGHT !!) are only 300 actual gun owners ? What's next ? Take away pens & writing materials because the state decided someone is too ill to have an opinion & write it down ? Confiscate PC's as they may do an anti-gov't editorial ?

You can't control alcoholics from driving drunk because they have a disease that trumps reason, logic, and legal consequences. But that doesn't mean we shouldn't arrest them for driving dunk.
