HAMBURG, N.Y. (WIVB) - Former Hamburg School Board member Catherine Forcucci is trying to regain her seat on the board.

News 4 has confirmed she is going to State Supreme Court to try and prevent the Hamburg School Board from filling her seat by the end of the month.
