    Second-Generation Americans Against Refugees

Check out how Alan responded to a few questions I asked on ArtVoice.

    Second-Generation Americans Against Refugees

    I asked:

    Tony
    So Alan,

Do you support mass migration of people from other countries to the USA? Yes or No.
Do realize this cost the net tax payers tens of millions of dollars?
80 years ago when people immigrated to the USA they still followed the rules on the books plus we didn’t have the costly social programs we have today.
    Alan
Once again, Tony Fracasso from the long-running broad-comedy show “SpeakupWNY” weighed in, this time on immigration, in my most recent Kathy from Williamsville thread.

Right. YOUR playbook is to shout about how YOUR ancestors came here "legally" at a time when immigration from Europe was essentially unrestricted, save for the "not an anarchist" box that needed to be ticked before you could get tested for syphilis on your way through Ellis Island.

But when it comes to brown, Spanish-speaking tweens from Central America who are escaping social, economic, and political problems that are not dissimilar from, say, turn-of-the-century Italy, all of a sudden it's an "invasion". Yet you want to sit there and tell me that's not bigotry or hatred - or that the bigotry and hatred that was hurled at Italian and Irish immigrants 110 years ago was not just as disgusting and sordid.

We do have borders, Tony. When was the last time you actually crossed the southern border? Have you ever crossed the Rio Grande or taken a day trip to TJ? Ever? Have you ever witnessed the interminable lines, super-tight security, and state-of-the-art anti-drug and human trafficking measures put in place at even remote crossings in the desert Southwest? Have you seen the miles and miles of barren wasteland out that way?

Yes, we have borders and they are reasonably protected, and here's the reason why this is all about bigoted hysteria and not at all about facts:

While illegal immigration of kids 12 and under has shot up by 117%, the overall number of people of any age crossing illegally is at a 40 year low, and even the number of kids crossing has dropped.

Most of the anti-immigrant hysteria stems from a conscious or unconscious belief that Obama is a foreign Manchurian candidate who is here to destroy America as we know it. If you don't believe me, just look at Weppner's own birtherite hysterics.

Furthermore, the kids are mostly from Honduras:

“The fact that Hondurans represent the highest percentage [27%], followed by Salvadorans, makes clear that the major push factors are violence,” said Susan Terrio, an anthropology professor at Georgetown University who has interviewed dozens of unaccompanied immigrant children.
    "Invaders" my ass.

Yes, we do have borders and they're being reasonably defended, and we also have laws. I don't know why you'd so quickly invalidate your own argument, but the law states that undocumented unaccompanied minors cannot be deported before they have a court hearing - due process.

What you're really saying is, "why won't Obama disobey the law?
    what a douche bag.

His liberal mindset is that its 'all bush's fault'

Heres a reality check for the stupid liberal, Obama, is Bush on steroids.

Bush as well as Obama are both extremely corrupt. Maybe instead of blaming bush, or blaming the other side, maybe, just maybe, we can have a real discussion that results in manageable change. Change that can actually happen and is good for our nation.

obama, and the democrats, and Bush and the republicans, have done an absolute, FANTASTIC job at divide and conquer.

When are you people going to wake up?! This isnt D vs R. This is real Americans vs REAL Terrorists.

Art Voice and Alan Benenko insist those who object to the mass migration are just bigots attacking President Obama. They also argue our Borders have been reasonably protected - rational Americans don't agree - Yet Art Voice agrees with this statement and defends Pundits(Benenko's) constant assaults on anyone who doesn't support his "Party Line" commentary's and his/their censuring readers responses by only allowing those who agree with him free access to post on their blogs.

He (supported by Art Voice) has even taken to wild distortions and out right lies when he describes anyone or any post that doesn't feed into his Pro Obama Agenda.

Alan/Art Voice states, "Yes, we do have borders and they're being reasonably defended, and we also have laws. I don't know why you'd so quickly invalidate your own argument, but the law states that undocumented unaccompanied minors cannot be deported before they have a court hearing - due process"

Alan/Art Voice states - quite ridiculously - "What you're really saying is, "why won't Obama disobey the law"

What does the law state we do - is all this listed below included - how many billions are we supposed to spend - how many national facilities are we supposed to open and support with tax dollars - read this and see if this is what a reasonable person - with out a "Political Agenda" would think the law infers we do :

"Contracts to provide services and emergency supplies for children arriving without their family members are handled mostly by the Department of Health and Human Services, or HHS, which is legally responsible for kids that cross the border alone.

The agency - tasked with sheltering unaccompanied children and then placing them quickly into homes of relatives or family friends - says it spends between $250 and $1,000 on each unaccompanied child per day. More than 57,000 have arrived since October, according to the U.S. Border Patrol, and the government estimates that number could rise to 90,000 by the end of September.

HHS has turned to General Dynamics Information Technology, or GDIT, a unit of the defense contracting giant General Dynamics, to supply case-management services for kids being released from temporary shelters, a Reuters review of government contracts found. The job entails reviewing children's cases to identify if they have special needs and to ensure the kids are being transferred to safe homes.

Since 2010, GDIT has won around $13 million in contracts to help the Office of Refugee Resettlement, part of HHS, coordinate the placement of unaccompanied minors, according to the contracting data.

The company recently put out a flurry of online job advertisements seeking bilingual social workers to handle immigrant children's cases in Arizona, Texas, California, Florida, Georgia and New York.

A GDIT spokesman said the company "offers expertise in various areas, including ... social work specializing in protective services and human rights." He declined to elaborate.

Some government contracts have gone to businesses that provide emergency clothing and supplies for the youth shelters and for translation services used in asylum hearings and immigration courts.

Lionsbridge Technologies, a translation company from Waltham, Massachusetts, has seen government need for its services "heighten over the past 60 to 90 days" as courts scramble to wade through the flood of immigration cases, said Eric Munz a vice president at Lionsbridge.

The company provides over-the-phone and in-person interpreters, including for obscure indigenous languages spoken in small Mexican and Central American communities.

And then there are companies like Products Unlimited, a small outfit in Justin, Texas that depends wholly on government work. The contracting data shows it was awarded about $40,000 worth of contracts so far this year to provide diapers and pull-ups for babies and toddlers at an immigrant processing center in Houston and a federally-run family detention center in Artesia, New Mexico.

What it ultimately comes down to, is this, Liberals, Democrats, and the Republicans HATE everything America was, Is and stands for. Therefore they must reshape America into Utopia.

The fact that hard working Americans who are falling into massive debt, out of control spending which will only lead to the largest, most destructive monetary collapse in WORLD HISTORY, means nothing!

    America is Evil!

The US Govt is militarizing local police, buying billions of rounds of ammo, and preparing for ALL OUT WAR with America.

Americans on the other hand, by and large are focused on sports, reality shows and gardening. Completely oblivious to the fact that the US Federal Govt is essentially weaponizing local police forces.

Anyone who even mentions such realities is killed off using specially pre programmed buzz words, which prohibit any sort of further mental anylization of whats really happening.

Words like 'terrorist' 'tea party' 'conspiracy'

Anything that goes against what the govt is doing is automatically labelled.

Tin foil hat? your the one being brain washed by mass media. Look up on google methods for brainwashing. Want a history on the subject? study how the Germans used chemicals, as well as media to brainwash its population into believing Jews were evil...

Lets take this a step further, We are told non stop how muslims are bad!

Now, we are told muslims are good, but Americans who believe in the Constitution, bill of rights, and liberty for all, are bad... We have TV shows that glamorize Govt Power... we have news reports that convict innocent people before they are brought to trial.

We have juries based upon regular people, not of the suspects peers. - Which by the way is prejudice against the suspect. How are you, an honest Person supposed to make a judgement call against or for a person if you know nothing about them? you must rely on Govt to paint an honest picture. However the Govt out right lies to you, and doesnt trust you, but you as a juror are supposed to trust that they will do the 'right thing'

Did you know as a Juror, not only is the person on trial, but also the Law? its part of you job to judge wether the law is even legal. Any judge that tells a jury they must follow the law is either corrupt, or ignorant.

A supreme court which no longer abides by the Constitution, and a Congress and federal govt which ignores it completely.

Sates which have become nothing more than whores for illegal currency.

and you think, honestly your vote matters?

    Good luck...

How much more status quo Dem system could one be - Art Voice/Pundit/Bedenko:

If you remember he denied "Dem Layers Control Art Voice"

    Heres part of his bio:

Mr. Bedenko self-published a guide to help Massachusetts landlords protect their rights and evict problem tenants, and ways in which to successfully avoid running afoul of complex consumer protection laws and regulations.

Upon moving in 2001 to western New York, Mr. Bedenko began working as staff counsel for a Fortune 500 insurance company, representing individuals and businesses throughout the region, defending them in all manner of personal injury claims.

Mr. Bedenko is politically active. He is a member of the Clarence Democratic Committee, was an appointed delegate to the Erie County Judicial Nominating Convention in 2010, and was the president of the WNY Coalition for Progress, a WNY-area nonpartisan think tank from 2005 until 2007.

Yet he pretends to be a non biased commentator for Art Voice - no Pro Dem Obama agenda here folks.

He lives in Clarence, NY - and among other internet name he is known here best as "Pundit" or "Buffalo Pundit"

Nope. You shouldn't assume. I think Vamp goes a little extreme on some of his comments but I agree more with him than with Alan. I do agree with some points Alan makes.

Obama is using these "children" as shields to get what he wants. He tried getting amnesty the first time and failed so he's going to do what every sleeze ball politician does best. He's going to use "the children" . Don't buy into any of this CRAP about giving in to these invaders. There is a legal way to enter this country, if they were motivated people they would do it the right way.

mass immigration in a time when the US was still expanding, had a need for low skill labor, didn't have taxpayer funded handouts, etc is one thing
mass immigration now when we don't have enough jobs for our existing population, and have millions of dolists some of whom likely will never try to get a real job is entirely different

anyone that believes "children" walked by themselves from Honduras to the United states is insane.

Really that whole narrative is ridiculous.
