How many days in advance does your Town require that the Planning Board to be notified of any Special Use Permit applications that are sent to them to review?
I'm not sure if there is a specific number. When I was on a zoning board we would simply table the issue until all of the members had a chance to review the application. We always passed 100% of them anyway, so it was really just a matter of inconvenience to the taxpayer.
If I had to make an educated guess I would say that the board must take action, or table the issue, within 30 days or their next scheduled public meeting, whichever is sooner.
